The Nottinghamshire Hospice has created a free and confidential service, the GriefLine to provide support for those who have recently lost their loved one. The goal is to connect people in need of emergency grief support with organisations who can then provide the needed emotional support.

The line is free to call and the GriefLine staff will connect you with someone who can support you. Fortunately, there are other services available for the public including practical issues such as picking up medications, delivering food parcels and presptions to chemists.

The line works every day between 8am-8pm. Call them within that time intervall to get the adequate support for your needs.

Call them on 0800 111 4451 or email them griefline@nottshospice.org
