A New Leadership Programme

Taking place online between September 2021 and March 2022, the Leading Beyond Borders, Emerging Leader programme aims to help build a stronger and connected sector led by a generation of skilled, empowered, and generous social leaders, including leaders with lived experience of the immigration system, by supporting 120 people to develop their skills and create networks.

This is a six-month online programme designed for emerging leaders operating (paid or voluntary) in the Migration and Refugee sector who seek to enhance and refine their leadership capabilities and make a real and lasting impact within the sector and the communities they serve. Coaching, Modules, Action Learning, Psychometric Profiling and a Peer Support Network are among the many elements on offer.

Applications from Lived Experienced Leaders are strongly encouraged.Where possible priority will be given to Lived Experience Leaders, small and medium-sized charities and groups, and at least 50% of places will also be for those working outside of London.

Applications are now open until Monday 31 May 2021 at 11:59pm. For further information including programme content, key dates and FAQs, can be found here

This programme is co-designed and co-delivered in partnership with Clore Social Leadership, the Centre for Knowledge Equity and LEx Movement (Lived Experience Leaders Movement hosted by the Centre for Knowledge Equity). It is developed with the support of Migration Exchange.
