International film festival calls for entries [Worldwide]

Filmmakers worldwide are invited to submit their documentaries and feature films. 

The Tokyo Lift-Off Film Festival will take place May 4 to June 1, 2025 in Japan. All submissions must be submitted in English or with English subtitles. The festival accepts all films and scripts of any length or genre. 

The festival categories includes live action narrative, documentaries, feature scripts and screenplays, and more. 

Standard application fees start at a discount of US$25; student application fees start at US$20. Fees vary for different categories. 

The early bird deadline is June 3. The early deadline is July 31 and the midsomer deadline is Aug. 30.
